SCD ozone source oxygen was overpressure [Error Code:6176]

Cause¶

Excessive oxygen is supplied in the SCD detector since the oxygen gas supply pressure is too high or the tubing is clogged.

Solution¶

• Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
  

  

  

• If the gas supply pressure is appropriate, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
